These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Magris mobile application operated by Magris Distribution.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any registration request.

Users are responsible for:

3. Barcode Scanning and Reward Points
The App allows eligible users to:

- • Redeem rewards based on accumulated points

- • Reject invalid or duplicate scans
- • View scan history
- • Modify point structures or reward programs at any time

- • Graphics

remain the intellectual property of Magris Distribution.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

The Company shall not be liable for:
- • Temporary service interruptions
- • Device incompatibility
- • Internet/network failures
- • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
- • Loss of rewards due to policy violations
Use of the App is at the user’s own risk.

Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
By using the App, users consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Company may:
